Open to all U.P.A. registered
athletes – Men’s Open Division, Women’s Open Division and Men’s
Master Open Division, Men’s, Women’s and Teen divisions. All
athletes re required to have a valid U.P.A. registration card
and must show it at weigh-in. If you fail to bring it, you will
be required to purchase one onsite for $3, cash accepted only. |

Must have one piece lifting
suit or wrestling suit (Mandatory - unless entered in the novice

A fee of $60 must accompany this
entry form for the Full Power meet. For Bench only, cost is
$40.00 A $20 late fee will be charged for entries received after April 26, 2008. All onsite registration for UPA cards must be paid in cash, cost is $30.00. You must have a UPA card in order to compete in this meet. |
| AWARDS: |
Awards will be given to the
first three places in each weight class, for both Men and
Women. A best lifter award will be based on the Schwartz
Formula for both Men and Women. |
